5. How much do I need to be involved in the process?

Our work is a very close, hands-on team effort. We'll guide you when you're needed to be an active part of it. You'll work directly with your dedicated Digital Concierge to find your digital assets, make choices, and set up solutions. We are here to help you; your being there makes sure everything is precise and private.

6. How do you keep my private information safe?

Your privacy is super important. We use top-level security including scrambling data (encryption) for all storage and communication. We only allow people to see data if they absolutely need to for their job. We are careful and discreet, and your Concierge will never look at your private information without your direct, on-screen permission and guidance. We are here to guide you, not to read your private files.

7. What happens to my data after the service is done?

If you use our setup service without ongoing protection, we'll give you your finished documentation in safe, scrambled formats for you to keep. Then, we securely and permanently delete our copies, following our strict rules. For clients with ongoing protection, we keep your records safe with continuous, top-level security; with your permission.

Extra costs might apply for outside items (like specific hard drives, physical safes), software licenses (like special password programs, antivirus), or complicated projects (if your digital world is huge or very messy). All extra costs are clearly written in your Client Agreement before we start any work.
